Hot!

Ughhhh hot and humid today! Ran 8 miles and sweat buckets! I wanted to stop so bad a few times but kept pushing on. They say that you know you are burning calories when you touch your stomach and its cold…… mine felt like ice today!! Hoping to hit the driving range this weekend….. hope everyone is having a good wedkend and staying cool!

The first photo was taken January 10th, 2011. The last 3 were taken today, May 1st, 2012. I have been lifting seriously for about 5 months now. I was once the girl with no booty and now I’m finally getting one :)
Girls, LIFTING WEIGHTS DOES NOT MAKE YOU BULKY. It makes you have sexy curves. So stop being afraid and get in the damn squat rack.
